We all have faced the Monday Morning Blues syndrome at some point in our life. While the reasons could be many, in this post Vishwas Mudagal shares a fool proof strategy on how you can overcome your anxiety for a monday morning and look at the opportunities that are in store for you.

Monday Morning Blues is a real thing! It can set in due various reasons from lack of motivation to being unappreciated to a bad coworker; the triggers can be plenty.

It could also happen because of ups & downs in your personal life. Well, changing your job is NOT the answer. Because all these problems might come back to you. Worse, it could even increase because you have to acclimatise to new work culture.

The BEST way to deal with it is by fixing the problems rather than ignoring it. Start by understanding why you are not looking forward to going to work. Make a list of things you like & don’t like; then work on solving things that you don’t like.

Make work fun, else it will haunt you. Plan for your Monday on Friday itself, this will allow you to get rid of anxiety because you have planned your Monday already. You can relax on the weekend because you are prepared.

Above all, be POSITIVE! Positivity is infectious. People around you will change when they see your enthusiasm & start supporting/appreciating you.

Next, GET THINGS DONE. When you are completing your tasks well, negativity will vanish.
