Let me ask you a question-How often do we let our imagination wild to create something awesome?
Our jobs mostly require us to do things that are set as standards by our predecessors. Rules & processes have been cut in stone. No matter how much we talk about innovation, there is hardly any room to freely think beyond the boundaries of our own mind.
Well, truth be said, one would argue it’s okay to follow routine & make your ends meet. After all, everyone is trying to survive.
But the fact is world is changing really fast. We are at the dawn of Artificial Intelligence era. The competition of future will not be humans alone, I can guarantee you that. There will be machines that can do your job with 100% accuracy in a fraction of time. How do we fight that reality that is sure to come?
The only weapon we have is imagination. More & more our jobs will need us to think beyond what machines can. Humans will be back to doing what they are supposed to do-Think beyond possibilities.
It’s going to be an interesting world. It will depend on us whether it will be super good or simply terrifying.
